1. Try launching toribash as administrator.
2. I think its error with storing your password on disk, a workaround would be not ticking "Remember me" but you'd have to log in everytime you launch TB.

Before when that happend with me i use textures (multiple) and after that textures doesn't down load on my pc, but another players can see my textures, and i try fix that
firstly i'm try dl textures forom mp then i restart the game and nothing, then i try reinstall the game and that think i see now

I'm fairly certain it's problem with ownership/permissions. If you're windows user, check this:
