Check if your belt matches the server you're trying to conenct to. When you just went up a belt, maybe it's time for another server.

You have to join a serer matching your belt, begginer is for white and yellows, intermediate goes till green, semi pro goes till brown.
You can only join the black belt server when you are black belt, and you can only join the ultimate servers when you are 3rd dan.
You can play on the black belt and on the ultimate servers with any belt above black.

I am Orange Belt, but i can not enter the Beginner

You need to now enter Intermediate servers, that should fix your problem.

I think I solved my predicament, I enter the Semi Pro and you. And there appears to be from White to Orange *-* Thanks guys

Hmm I figured Semi Pro was for brown belts, my mistake. Glad you solved it.
