Every time I try to log in to Toribash it says: A TIME OUT WAS REACHED.
My os is: Windows Vista.
I am pretty sure that my firewall is not blocking it.

go check just to be safe (if it is blocked)

Also what about your login, when you try to log in, does it let you?

I still cannot get online.

Checked Ports? you should add port 53, and set to high priority. If you can set port ranges, add 20000 - 20300 and set that to high priority aswell
Redownload? that solves many problems
Newest version? alot of bugfixes are included in the newer versions

Does your stderr.txt contain anything?

Did you do Windows updates, or other firewall software updates, or virus software updates? Just as bilza said they sometimes come with bugfixes.

Check and then repost your details.

Your stderr.txt is in your toribash directory, check it and paste here what is in there.

Also what Marcus said, if your using windows then check if you have automatic updates on.
