Well its not robotic.......

Its more of a tribal abstract head.

To make robotics I recomend using the plates and bolts with shading for a start

This head : 2/10 I dislike it

First of all,the head is totally not robotic.
Robotic textures usually have better quality,i mean,where are all the shadings,light spots?
And btw, head is quite nice, not realistic...more like cartoonish.
Though it has to many lines...
Here's some advise,add more lightspots(brush tool,air brush,white(or light-...)+ overlay on the previous layers)
