The second is soo much better,although the hair could use some work not on their edges but being other than a solid color.Mouth could be better,8/10

Well,ok,lets see.
Man,try to use some filters,at least for some layers.
Add shadows,highlights,and try to make it more creative.

I actually think that the detail on the eyes is pretty nice.
Also, I prefer the hair of the first version, but try not to mirror the hair :/

Try to add some gradients on the hair and maybe on the skin.

How is that a shitty head!?It beats most amine heads that are in the usual current these days,with a few improvements,this head could turn out actually good.Also why not add something to make it special btw:Tattoo anything that comes to your creative mind :P
