It's fairly simple. Not much to it, just a gradient, outline, gloss, reflection and a zoom blur... Like the look of it though, but the only thing that I would suggest is that you could probably make a better background for the text (rather than just all black) or maybe use an abstract design, or just something to give the image a little bit more flare.
