It is a mod that when you touch your opponent, the joints will automatically be dismembered.

Instagib is a material within Toribash which basically causes joints to dismember very easily. Mod makers can use them to give a bit more excitement to the game. Common examples are instagibfeet.tbm in which your feet are deadly causing your opponent to explode on contact.
