I'm confused, every time I make an animation, I have to color the background with the same color with the color of your account, to look transparent, but, if I transparent'd the layer, it will show the previous layer

ps:and now I use GIMP

Make sure you are selecting the image as a whole and not an individual frame/layer. This confused me for a bit too.
