I think you could still do that if you still have your email address on that account. Unless the Hacker changed the email address for that account, you cant get your password with that.

In the case that they obtain your pass and change your email, you could try emailing support with proof that the account is indeed yours. Maybe name a previous password or something.

Nowdays I think you require and email to register which can't be changed. Not too sure on that though.

1) To register, you must enter a valid email address.
2) If you forget your password, enter the email address when prompted, and your email should be sent within 20 minutes (it's usually instantaneous).
3) If you've been phished (hacked), contact support ([email protected]) or an admin (anyone with a red name). Be sure to provide any evidence you may have had to validate your ownership (sometimes, telling them your previous password/email address helps, as everything is stored in the main database).
