It really good have been better.
The color change was a good idea, but the contrast is off and you made it harder to see the details of the actual picture in my opinion. When editing a picture, normally you try to improve the quality and enhance the picture.

Lighting effects could also be done to improve it.
It also looks like you used a filter that wasn't really needed.

Tone feel so wrong. Contrast as well... And seem a bit "burned".
1/5 of the bottom is black (+ wtf after that you even used blur ._.) and also the right side is too empty. You can't almost see the sword there.
You used a cyan where the immage had already a yellowish tone (with hint of other colors as brown mixed with bordeux). now it's just a boring monotone on turquoise.

You should start back from the beginning. and I cant give you any positive evaluation since you took a cool immage and didnt improove it but made it worse.
Good that at least you tried, but work more on your skills or look at some tutorial.
