one tip is to keep close to the ground
you must learn basic push offs
when you do the push off, thats the time when you relax all
and you try to make a realistic run
little steps are better than big steps
swing your arms while you ru
use your chest, glutes, and lumbar to support your tori's balance

when you will start to turn, rotate your chest at the opposite side
jump then rotate your chest at the other direction
when you go down, use your glutes and abs to support you

try practicing until you get everything right :-)

you must have had posted this at the rapid threads section

your sig though...

You slide/fall because of the following:

Maybe you have big steps
Maybe you're not close to the ground

REMEDY

You must have shorter steps
You must be close to the ground
At some points you must hold joints to keep balance
Balance your tori with your glutes when you're about to fall

------------

at first (push off) hold all
Then after the push off you relax some joints to make it flow
You can close your own threads by clicking thread tools -> close thread.

Anyways, this is solved.
