This...is the edited version of a free head which you decided to sell. It is pretty much stealing a free head (are you that poor?) then changing it to look different, all you had to do was change the eyes and the hair and it could have been your original head. If you have the skill to edit the head, you have the skill to make your own.

The mouth of it is my work

The mouth only. The rest is recolored or left as it is. Now remove the part that is not yours and edit around the mouth. Make your own original head instead of doing this and getting in trouble.

Even if it is the mouth, the whole texture and art making is still free, which is illegal.
