It looks kinda like a desert with very much polution and smoke, or it could be a sunsetting desert. Though it seems to dark for a desert, it isnt red enough to be a sunset.

If i were you i would call it

Sounds perfectly fine...
And thats really what it looks like, but if i had to choose i would say desert, A sunset for me would need to have colors in the sky like pinks as a real sunset does,
