Okay back on topic, Bananana, when you are in the air, a common way to spin is to:
Contract both pecs
Contract both glutes
Extend hips
Raise shoulders
Contract abs
Extend both elbows
Extend both knees
These words may look like a complicated move but think of the move as like riding a bike. You'll never forget it, unless You hate toribash in which case you shouldn't have a need for knowing this anyway.
