that ingame screen makes the face look very ballooned out, its the freecam though. had the same problem. the photoshop/gimp preview shape looks fine though.

done the shading perfectly. colouring and lighting is spot on.
i do think the gap between the nose and eyes and that distance in general is very wide though. and the strands of hair on the forehead are very pasty. think thats the next area you need to work on. get that down and you'll be doing some spectacular works

Now the wide distance between the eyes on the face is a proportion of real humans faces, I learnt proportions at the end of my human faces phase, before was particular separated parts of heads,
The distance is aproximately one eye between eyes, It got distorted with sphere and freecam.
looking references the proportion is correct,
the flat looks just like the reference personality, colors and some values are
different.
I saw this on a request just a second ago and my first thought is that the eyes are too far apart although it must be hard making a realistic face on a sphere
