What's with all the random white squiggles?

it looks as if it's covered in plastic wrap
badly executed
you over edited it with whatever and made the colors nasty
i dislike the head entirely

let me just bring this up,
he adds oil paint on allll his cp half and half textures.
now that being said, adding a filter can do two things ;

make shitty art
or emphasize the art
i believe this is emphasizing the art, how about you?

Personally, I like it. I think it is unique with the shapes and lines. The only thing is the colors still look a little washed out, but i dont know what you were going for. But, I still like it.
