Yo dawg, the overall work is good.
The only thing i don't like is the Nose part, looks pretty weird, maybe you could take off that yellow-ish thing and CATAPLAN!

joint textures with spikes in them?

I've made a lot of spikes, according to some people... But I can always remove the spikes in the bodyparts to put them in the joints.
