When i Have My Cursor outside of the toribash window it goes okey but when i put my cursor inside the window it lags why?

What client are you using?
Have you tried reinstalling, that usually works.

And Yes I Did re-install but it keeps on lagging

What version of toribash is what he means. ( 2.5, 2.6 etc)

do you have any other programs running other than toribash, that might take up heaps of CPU Usage?
If so,exit them and only have toribash running.

Are you running shaders?
If so then try deactivating them and see if it bugs again.
Or try some other Toribash version, for example the new 3rd beta of 3.8.

its okey i found the problem already, turns out i needed to take off windows aero

whats that

Windows aero is a Vista interface, which makes your desktop look good etc.
It needs a huge memory of your GFX card, so no surprise it got your Toribash lagging.
