Sorry, but no, that head is awful, here is some advice for you, though:

Download Gimp(LINK HERE)

Work in the right sizes(128x128-256x256-512x512,etc.)

Check out some tutorials in the tutorials section(LINK HERE)

& practice, open your own shop & take requests, that's the best way to get better.

Look at other people textures, look at all the small details, look how they shade, etc, & learn from those.
