From my point of view, it's more like in between low and medium, it doesn't take a lot of skill to render or use filters, but it takes a lot of skill to use them correctly and effectively and make it look good
from looking at the current avatars.

pretty decent avy's could use fancier backgrounds tho.( For example patterns and stuff)
