I just registered an email to my actual account, but all of the links provided to activate the account just bring me to a login screen, and i cannot post anywhere. please can someone tell me how to activate my account again

i went add email, i got an email from [email protected] with many links on how to activate it, none of them helped me at all. they just brang me to a register screen, where whatever i did it said already logged in
