Loooks really nice man. Maybe slip a few layers under it with something to fill up the back.

The back doesn't merge. It looks like one of those copy/paste heads where the face is just left of there.

A trick would be to copy one half, and mirror the image, and just pasting it so the center part is on the outside edge.

That way, the center is in the middle, and working on it would be easier.

Eyes could definitely need more shading. They don't really have depth. You certainly did good shading on other parts, so it's strange how you skipped the eyes.

it still a little messy on the borders of the face, need to clean that up :/

and you asked how to add depth to the eyes, add shading around the eyes, like at the bottom, sides and a little on top will give it a rounder look, if done right
also, lightening part of the top willl help

complete theory here, but what if you just used the same shading technique for the eye's as you did for the rest of the head. if it doesn't give them depth, it will at leas cause an illusion that the tori is wearing a thick mask/helmet. 9/10
