Pen tool.
The grass I did with pen tool and smudge tool and little sponge tool

Looks good but if I were you I wouldn't left the background white. Make it eg light blue or... if you don't wanna color the background make it transparent.

I was trying to make some clouds,but atm im just searching on the net see how to make some good clouds in Ps.
