Leg scissor
This is quite an awsome technique I found. Start with 10 frame difference, and normal engage distance.
Hold all
Extend both ankles
Extend both glutes
Extend both hips
Raise both shoulders
Contract abs
Space 10 times
Contract both knees
Space 2 times
Volia! You should now have cut your enemy in half!
