erm...isnt this graphic card suppose to work on shaders? btw i have a laptop

It can do shaders, but it's driver dependant. You'd need to get the latest driver from Intel, and then hope that they've added the model 2 fix to it.

Last time I'd checked only 1 version of Vista had a driver with the fix - yes, only 1 version of the OS. Sucks eh?

Also, id like to point out, you can get shaders working, using hardware emulated OpenGL, but you get a) low Fps (5-10) or b) no textures.
