Easier to animate (stick figures)
Pwns hard
Flash: More dynamic animations
Is better if you know what you're doing
You can make games
Really, it's all a matter of preference. If you're pr0 you probably want to use flash. If you're an 8 year old who enjoys stick people beating the shit out of each other (the most common cliche with pivot) then you probably want to use Pivot.

How come easytoon is not on the list? its easy as heck and makes really good animations.

Well flash and pivot is 2 completly different programs, so i can't understand why you put up a vote on this.

I never heard of that one..But, a lot of forum's I been to, been off and on saying pivot better then flash..Soon I'm willing to switch to flash.

You can't compare two programs made for completely different purposes.
