Nice I like it but the circle is not anit-aliased...did I say that right?
Anyway
You should make it the box around the actually logo smaller,
just an opinion

The circle definitely is not anti-aliased.

The pic itself is quite good, but are you sure the background should be that large?
Even if you're going for a noncluttered look, it shouldn't be that large.
