This is the hots's job to stop the spam.
We usually do it this way:
Warn->mute->kick->ban.
To ban type in /status (that will bring up every person's IP)
Then type /ban [IP].
Then all you need is to kick him.
If you want to report this as spam then dont post here, PM an admin or an smod instead.
