This head texture i made in GIMP.

meh..pretty good but i'd say 7/10 because of the color (orange=favorite color) but i will have to say, instead of the white, maybe it could be...a different color?

I don't know. Maybe i do other heads.I think amber with white look good.

@DarKmater Actually describe what is wrong if you don't like something. Such as Color Scheme, Simplicity, Obvious Seam. Don't ever just type : "I DONT LIKE IT" In all caps without any reasoning.

Now onto the head... Great work since it's actually hand drawn. although if you still have the amber-tribal brushes in a separate layer I'd Suggest using Drop-shadow with a light Gaussian blur. Also you might want to add a gradient to the amber part.
