This isn't a case of not earning Tori-Credits from winning in a non-official server. This is a case of not earning Tori-Credits from winning in a non-official server with a Tori-Booster. About 40% of the time when I win a match in a non-official server, it says that I earned 100 Tori-Credits, and I never get them! Please help and thanks!

If you play with someone that has the same ip as you (you probably live in the same house), you wont get QI or TC from playing with him.

That's not the problem. I've played against people who I know only their user name. I'm supposing some kind of mix-up in the server is causing this. Oh well.

That also happens in certain mods when yuo dont play enough turns, for example jousting.

These are all present to prevent the farming on non-official/official servers.
