It would be nice I if had a few better pics but from what I can tell, the biceps look nice,
The abs look good and I can't really see chest and breast.
8.5 out of ten.
For the head, I think the face could be more complex with some shading in the hair. The hole through the head idea I like though.
Overall I think you should continue.
