Thats pretty good. better than anything i could do.
BUT, i still sense that its screen shot with blood.
so, 6/10.

Not much skill is involved here.

You just got some blood brushes, splotched them on a screenshot and then slapped on the Toribash banner.

3/10, because you put in the effort to upload it.

Next time, put in more effort and time. Try to learn some more techniques just by experimenting yourself.

It looks alright, but the blood brush looks bad, not positioned good, and needs more value to it.

The title Hand drawn is very hard to believe, more like Gimped or photoshoped with your own hands though.
