by walk i mean slowly not like running

Mabye try learning how to run first.

It takes alot of time.

As dragenon said, try running, to help you understand -30 grravity first.

i it took me a while to be abel to walk like 5 steps it still hard

Wow.. Running looks really really hard..

well for one
set the frames low. VERY LOW like 1
and make sure you use the "Edit" button alot.
its not sumthing you can learn just with one try.

Running is totally different from walking.
Walking focuses on knees and abs. You don't extend or contract your hips very much so it is really difficult to have a smooth walk. Just imagine how you are walking. You don't use your hips that much for it.

This is the smoothest walk I ever made. If you look at the hips you will see that they are never fully contracted or extended and the knees are almost always a little bend.
