When ever i try to get a mod it doesn't work and i cant find out why

Could you be a bit more specific, please?

I download the mod but i don't understand what to do to get it on the list or use it in anyway

well, first you have to be regged, as in, buy a key from http://www.toribash.com/store.html

If you are already, then download a mod, put it in /data/mods in the toribash folder. Then open the game, click the mod button in the esc menu, and find the one you just downloaded.
