You need to have bought flame forge from the toriship for $25 to make flames. They cost tc as well.

You can mess around with the Flame Forge (I forget the exact shortcut key), but you have to buy the privilege to actually produce our flames.

You don't have to pay anything at all to play the game.

If flame forge allowed you to make any flames you wanted for free, we would only need 1 person in the world to make everyone flames. That is why they cost.
