If you still cant get shaders then you probably need a better card for it.

You will need a better card for shaders on that. I have an 82865G on this computer, no shaders. Try at least an ATI X1K series or similar nvidia series for good shader performance.

After going into dxdiag, go to the display tab and make a screenshot of it, or copy out your card name.
