I'm just curious, where it says "August 100,000 TC Pack", does this mean that this offer is no longer available? And where it says "Full Texture Pack", does that mean it unlocks every single one of the textures in http://forum.toribash.com/tori_textures.php that place?

Well first of all, that pack is available now too, yes.
And about the full texture pack, that only contains the full body textures you see here.

im pretty sure you wont get the bonus 20k ontop of your 100k though.

Edit: slipanc isnt entirely correct with his link, you also get the hand and leg trail textures, the ground texture, and the DQ texture.
