Hi!

While trying to log in to Toribash ( 3.8 ) it says

"error: a timeout was reached"

Any ideas of what might cause this?

Your Internet Problem, Maybe DNS problem, port problem.

Do you have any firewall that could block the connection for the game?

Try Using hamachi.

How can hamachi benefit the connection?

I have the same problem

If his computer is not connecting over Toribash sever, it might help to connect.


If this does'nt work either try an other User account like administrator.

Do you eventually have something in the Stderr.txt file, located in your Toribash folder?

It says "Unable to log in. Curl error: 28 a timeout was reached"

And, Toribash is enabled on firewall so that shouldn't be the problem. Also ports are open on router.

Do you have any antivirus or the like programs installed such as zonealarm/avg etc?

Try disabling your firewall completely.
