split kick!
heres a easy split kick with fake kicks first:
set engage distance to (sry non-regged people) 150.
Hold all
Extend both ankles
Contract left knee
Contract left hip
Space x1
Extend left knee
Extend left hip
Contract right hip
Contract right knee
Space x1
Extend right knee
Extend right hip
Contract left hip
Contract left knee
Space x1
Extend left knee
Contract abs
Raise both arms
Shift+Space x13

Start as other but press space twice
but instead if fake kick you extend knee, extend right hip, right bending lumbar, space x1 and there you go!
