Also Daggadry good idea on the Nabi Studios Icon. However, I think Nintendo automatically puts the seal there (As in my reference had it present.)

just what i was thinking, it could go very nice either in place of the nintendo logo, or maybe somehwere below the word "toribash"

And show more of tori's and uke's head.

Just add the nabi logo above the nintendo logo. Since nintendo is technically the publisher, it does go there. Also, the blood and blurry is sweet.
