i downloaded artweaver, because i heard it's closer to actual canvas-painting than other programs. I decided to make a simple glowing sunset.
anyway, i decided to show it here.

I don't think anyone would paint on a canvas like that though

All the strokes are going horizontally. That, or there was some sort of blur function with it.

So what did you think about the program? Was it fun? =D

o_- Gimp is way better than that,i swear...
But meh.

AGREED that gimp is the best.

I like the idea of being blurry, But the whole picture doesnt have to be blurry.
Maybe just the sun or so

Alright, I should've said in OP,
Sunset from the window of a car.
I was coming back to my house late at night recently, and saw a sunset out the window rolling along hills. It was really pretty, and this is what I tried to do to recreate it.
And yeah, I liked Artweaver a lot. GIMP is for totally different things, so you can't really compare them.

Its nice and stuff i like how the grass/ground looks.
but this should go in gerneral art amirite?

I had several tabs open, and made a mistake.

the only thing i don't understand is the lighter blue part... I never seen the higher part of the sky being lighter than the lower part of the sky at sunset. I don't know if I just never payed attention, but that doesn't seem right to me. I really like this picture though. If the colors would flow better it'd be nicer but I have no clue what you can do in that program so good job. 8/10
