Do infracton buildup bans include expired infractions, or just active ones?

Just active ones, the expired ones remain as a record of previous infractions.

Ok, but whats the limit to infraction points?

5 active points = 1 day ban
10 active points = 1 week ban
15 active points = 1 month ban
20 active points = Permanent ban

Might want to add that after you are banned, those points do not expire, only some do after a period of time.

I got banned for 5 days for three spam posts within ten minutes of each other, i know that i was pretty stupid huh?

The expire date dosent change, unless if its changed by an admin.

Even after expiring, the date stays the same, shows you that is's expired.

Also, on a simillar topic, i see users who do a credit card fraud in the ban list, they get permabanned and the police get contacted, but i search deeper in the ban list and the lift date is in two years and the police are not contacted, why is this?

Those are probably discussed inbetween, money/TC returned to nabi etc.
