the first and most important is that i was wondering if there was any way i could order a booster using a prepaid credit card, because i dont have a paypal account.

Just create paypal account. It is free and very easy to use. It would be the easiest, not to metion much safer, way to pay online.

Nope, there is no way of buying boosters without a paypal accout or a mobile phone.
