Propably your video card doesn't support shaders.

You would have to fork out some money for a good video card, and then get it installed at a computer store or something like that.

The answer to that is in the sticky on the support forum, just look before you ask, anyone with common sense would know that if you have the problem, undoubtedly aomeone else will too.
