i think it looks like a tori "under" the armor.
did you can see the "balls" where the joints have to be?

Doesn't look as evil/demonic, as it should... Perhaps add more plates, and spikes.
Don't forget to mold faces into the armor. It'd be very nice looking with the molds.

I always did admire Kristis's head. I like what you did with it. Maybe also doing a blue Warrior would be cool
