The reason it's getting disabled is because it's a disabled key that has been used by more then one person, or is a key-generated key. So the problem is your fault, unless you got a legitimate key from this website. Then there is a problem.
When you go online, what does it say? This name is already in-use? Or your key has been disabled?

Hawkinz: I highly doubt he has a non-keygenned key, for a number of reasons.
If you have an actual key that was given to you by hampa, email support at toribash, otherwise, don't bother, and buy a real key.
