It's very good but it makes me want barf and pee my pants. I'm guessing you're only going for the pee. So, 7.5/10

Its great, But agree to what Murray said. What did you use to make those stuff?

Photoshop cs3, just ordinary brush tool thats all. Im switching opacity and color alot though.

if you are going to draw one side of a drawing then copy and flip it its a good i dea to try to hide that you did that a bit because it is very obvious here.
But it is very good and i love the eyes the mouth could do with a little work though

Ezeth, this is odd, and I don't know how realistic you want it, but the anatomy is off. The shading is good, but maybe - that is if you want realistic - draw a basic skull first. Then go onto making the head. Don't forget the anatomy tutorials at your local Devaintart.

I agree with JinxZ, plus its pretty damn frightning, lips are too small, and too many dense lines, should be less opaque
