The outlines are confusing me. why do the guys on the right have really thick outlines around their head, and the guy all the way right has a thick border on his body too.

The font looks very cool.
The outlines of the 2 guys on the left look a bit thick, maybe fix that.
@dbuhos: It doesn't look like paint actually, did you ever see something made in paint? Also I guess it's not meant too look realistic in any way, so yeah....

Anyways, the weapons are nice. But Bill looks like he got hit by a car, and can't hold his weapon anymore.
