Do you mean, what's the difference between what you call "noob" items & "pro" items ? Like Gladiator vs Demon ?

Well, I'd say that's everything is a matter of choice, since some people might prefer cheaper items to customize their character.

Anyway, I'll move this thread to the beginner's sanctuary.

I'd say noob items are any colour where the forces/relaxes are worth under 2k in market value.
Oh my, what is this doing here?
Noob items are determined by a combination of low price and low Qi.

For example Pure is fairly cheap but isn't considered a noob item as it has a 10,000Qi limit.

For me it all comes to personal preference, I couldn't really care if my items are 'pro' or 'noob' as long as they look good.
'Noob' items can actually look very good if combined correctly with a texture set.
[19:39] <Birdflu> I'm just sad that I can't give myself one
[19:39] <Birdflu> I'd have a great time
It's all in the price.

Remember, though: they are just colors, and ought to be treated as such.
I wore cheap gaia joints until i was master belt, and now i still wear (relatively cheap) joints because i only consider design aspect and whether they match my image.
I wear Gaia and Ivory, as opposed to the "Pro" combination of Elf and Pure.
(Part of this is because I'm a cheap-skate )
