Just to be 100% certain
If I buy custom textures from people, everyone in multiplayer can see them at all times, correct?

Like a texture full body set

You need to buy the Texture items from the ToriShop/ToriMarket before you can upload the pictures for your Tori.

Yeah I know, that wasn't the question, the question was do the texture sets show at all times to EVERYONE in multiplayer, not just me, like custom textures made by people in photoshop

Anyways, if you have bought the Texture items, everyone can see.
If you don't have, well, only you can see.

To have the custom texture sets shown to everyone, you need to have the texture items.

That means, if you have the texture items activated and that you have the custom textures uploaded, then they will show to everyone.

If you have the required Texture items, go to Shop -> Textures
And there you browse the pictures from your computer and upload.
